1.1 What the service is

From the birth date, birth hour and gender you provide, we cast a Zi Wei Dou Shu chart using standard rules, then have an AI model write the interpretation from that chart data, delivered as a web page you can read, print or save as PDF. One purchase covers one report. This is a one-off digital product, not a subscription.

1.2 Who may use it

• You must be 18 or older, or have a legal guardian order on your behalf and accept these terms.
• The birth details you enter must be your own. For a compatibility reading, you must have the other person's consent.
• Personal use only. Do not use the output for credit checks, recruitment screening, insurance underwriting, lending decisions, or any other decision made about another person.

1.3 The birth hour must be accurate

In Zi Wei Dou Shu the birth hour shifts the Life Palace and rearranges all twelve palaces, so an incorrect hour changes the entire basis of the reading. We cannot infer your true hour from appearance or behaviour. Please confirm it from a birth certificate or by asking family before ordering. If you entered it wrongly, see Refund Policy 3 for one free redo.

1.4 Delivery and retrieval

Generation starts immediately after payment and usually finishes within one to three minutes. You receive an 8-character retrieval code that lets you reopen the report at any time, with no account and no login.

Reports are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Failure to retrieve within that window is treated as delivery. If something prevented you from retrieving it, write to us and we will regenerate it once.

Email is optional and does not affect retrieval, but if you lose the code we cannot recover the report, so please keep it safe.

1.5 Changes, maintenance and outages

We may adjust charting rules, report structure, wording and model versions to maintain quality. Reports already generated are unaffected. The service depends on cloud hosting and an upstream AI provider, so maintenance, upstream outages, network faults, device failures or force majeure may make it temporarily unavailable. If that prevents delivery of a paid report, Refund Policy 4 applies.

1.6 Intellectual property

• The report text is for your personal and family use. Keep it, print it, share it with people close to you.
• Do not reproduce it at scale, resell it, sublicense it, use it commercially, or use it to train or fine-tune any AI model.
• The interface, charting logic, terminology tables, copy and code belong to us or our licensors. The open-source charting component is provided under its original MIT licence, which these terms do not restrict.

1.7 Termination, changes and disputes

• If you breach these terms — automated bulk use, resale, impersonation — we may terminate service without refund.
• When we revise these terms we update the date on this page. Completed orders keep the version in force at the time of purchase.
• If a dispute arises, contact us first at the support email. We will review the order and delivery records and work with you toward a resolution.
• The Traditional Chinese version is authoritative. Other language versions are translations for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Traditional Chinese version prevails.

2.1 Nature of the service

This is digital content not supplied on a physical medium, and an online service that is completed the moment it is provided. Production begins at payment and delivery follows within minutes. There is no physical item to return.

2.2 Digital delivery and refund basis

Production begins immediately after payment, and the report is delivered once generated. After a report has been generated normally and made accessible, we do not accept refunds based solely on a change of mind, unmet expectations, or no longer needing it.

Check the birth details and selected plan before checkout. This policy does not affect the free redo in section 2.3 or refunds for non-delivery, duplicate charges and clear errors in section 2.4.

2.3 Wrong birth hour: one free redo within 14 days

• Within 14 days of payment, if the birth hour was entered incorrectly, write to us with the order number and the correct hour and we will regenerate the report free of charge.
• One redo per order. The new report replaces the old one and the previous retrieval code stops working.
• If you have two or three candidate hours and want a chart for each, write to us first rather than ordering once and asking for several redos.

2.4 Non-delivery, duplicate charges, clear errors: full refund

• Payment succeeded but no report was produced within 72 hours and regeneration could not fix it.
• The report clearly contradicts the chart data (wrong Life Palace star, wrong birth-year transformations, wrong decade stem-branch sequence) and we confirm an error in our system.
• The same order was charged twice.
• The service was fully discontinued after payment and could not be restored within a reasonable period.
• In these cases we refund in full to the original payment method with no deduction.

2.5 What is not refundable

• The report was produced and is accessible, but the content was not what you expected, you feel it is inaccurate, or you no longer need it. Astrological judgement cannot guarantee particular outcomes, and a subjective reaction is not a defect.
• You already used the free redo under 2.3 and now want a full refund.
• Service was terminated because you breached the terms.
• You did not retrieve the report within the 30-day window and did not write to us in time (we will still regenerate once, without refund).

2.6 How to request, and timing

• Email support with the subject "Refund — order number" and a short description. If the issue is a content error, tell us which passage; we check it against the chart data line by line.
• We reply within three business days.
• Once approved, we initiate the refund with the payment provider within three business days. Actual posting depends on the card issuer or provider, typically 5 to 14 business days.
• If you have questions about the outcome, reply with additional information and we will review it again.

3.1 Astrology is not scientific prediction

Zi Wei Dou Shu is a traditional system whose inferences rest on symbolism, analogy and accumulated experience. It has no empirically validated predictive power. A report offers one angle on your situation; it is not a forecast, and not a verdict on your character. The same chart, lived at different stages and with different choices, produces entirely different outcomes.

3.2 Not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice

• We do not diagnose illness, recommend medication, advise stopping treatment, or advise postponing care. If you feel unwell, see a doctor.
• We do not provide therapy or counselling. If you are in emotional distress, persistently anxious, unable to sleep, or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact a professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
• We do not recommend specific securities, funds, bonds, crypto assets or property, nor entry and exit timing, leverage or borrowing.
• We do not give legal advice and do not handle contracts, litigation, tax or inheritance.
• Any health or financial direction mentioned in a report describes a symbolic pattern in the chart and must not be used as the basis for a medical, investment or legal decision.

3.3 Inferences we deliberately refuse

Even where traditional readings touch on the following, this service makes no such inference:

• Lifespan, or the timing of death or serious accident.
• Diagnosis of serious illness, its onset, or its course.
• The sex of an unborn child, or fertility.
• Another person's private or undisclosed information, or a third party's chart without their consent.
• Any specific legal liability, criminal exposure or litigation outcome.

3.4 Limits of AI-generated content

The chart itself — twelve palaces, stars, brightness, birth-year transformations, decade and yearly transformations, palace placements — is computed by program from the rules, not inferred by a model. The interpretation text is written by an AI model and may contain awkward wording, overreach, repetition, or passages that do not fully match the chart.

We have moved error-prone items (transformations, decade order, yearly palace placements) into program computation and feed them to the model as data to quote, but we cannot guarantee zero error. If a report clearly contradicts the chart, write to us under Refund Policy 2.4 and we will verify, then redo or refund.

3.5 Your decisions, and third-party data

• A report is reference material, not an instruction. Whatever you do or refrain from doing on its basis — career, investment, marriage, health, relocation — is your responsibility.
• If you use a compatibility reading or mention another person, you must have their consent and must not enter sensitive information beyond their birth details. Disputes arising from missing consent are yours to bear.

3.6 Availability

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for your particular purpose. For delays, failures or display faults caused by the upstream AI provider, networks, devices or browsers, our remedy is regeneration or refund; we are not liable for other damages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

4.1 Who collects, and why

The operator of this service ("we") is responsible for the data described here. Privacy questions, deletion requests and support enquiries are handled through the support email shown on this page.

Purposes: to provide the charting and report service, including generation, delivery and retrieval; to process payment, refunds and accounting reconciliation; to answer support enquiries and handle consumer disputes; to maintain system security and prevent abuse; and to analyse usage in aggregate, without identifying information, in order to improve quality.

4.2 Categories of data collected

• Birth data: date of birth, birth hour (one of twelve double-hours, or marked "uncertain"), gender.
• Transaction data: order number, payment status, amount, and the transaction identifier returned by the payment provider.
• Contact data (optional): email address. You can buy and retrieve without providing it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, access times and request paths, for security and traffic statistics.
• We do not collect: name, national ID number, phone number, postal address, or full card numbers. Payment is handled directly by the payment provider; card details never reach our servers.

4.3 Period, territory, recipients and method of use

• Period: 30 days after generation, birth data and the full report text are deleted automatically. Transaction records (order number, amount, payment status) are kept for five years as required by tax and accounting law, and contain no birth data or report content.
• Territory: data is processed in the regions where our cloud hosting and AI inference providers operate, which may involve cross-border transfers. When a report is generated, the structured chart data is transmitted to the AI provider to produce the text.
• Recipients: the payment provider (collection and refunds), the cloud host (storage and compute), the AI inference provider (report text), and lawful requests from authorities or courts. Beyond these, nothing is disclosed to any third party, and nothing is traded or sold for marketing.
• Method: automated processing. Apart from when you contact support, request a refund or ask for deletion, no one manually reviews your report.

4.4 Requests you can make about your data

• To enquire about or review your data.
• To request a copy (a reasonable cost-based fee may be charged).
• To request supplementation or correction.
• To request that collection, processing or use be ceased.
• To request deletion.
• To make a request, email support with your order number. We respond within 15 days, extendable once by 15 days with notice. Requests are free of charge in principle.
• When the service purpose is complete or the retention period expires, we will proactively delete or stop processing your data.

4.5 If you do not provide the data

• Birth date and hour are required to cast a chart; without them the service cannot be provided.
• Gender affects palace arrangement and the direction of the decade cycle; without it the chart would be wrong.
• Email is optional. Declining it does not affect purchase or retrieval, but if the retrieval code is lost we cannot help you recover the report.

4.6 Security measures

• The whole site is served over HTTPS.
• Reports are accessed by a randomly generated 8-character code; names, birth dates and emails are never used as lookup keys, so others cannot guess their way in.
• Payment is processed by the payment provider. We neither receive nor store full card numbers.
• Only staff who need it for support or dispute handling may access individual records, and they are bound by confidentiality.
• No transmission or storage is absolutely secure. If a breach occurs we will notify you as required by law and take remedial steps.

4.7 Cookies and tracking

We currently use no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site behavioural tracking, and we sell no traffic data. We use only what is necessary to operate the service (for example, language preference), none of which identifies you. If we adopt analytics later, this page will describe the tool, its purpose and how to opt out.

4.8 Minors, changes, contact

• Users under 18 must have a legal guardian place the order and accept this policy. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
• When this policy changes we update the date above. Material changes to purposes, data categories or recipients will also be announced on the home page.
